Advantage:
1. Vacuum auxiliary system: The pump body is equipped with a gas-liquid separation device (made of cast iron); the vacuum pump drive mode is coupled, and the start and stop can be controlled (more effectively extending the life of the vacuum auxiliary system)
2. The mobile trailer structure is equipped with a hand-cranked mechanical lifting guide wheel device; the trailer towing ring is made of forged alloy steel, and the height adjustment device uses a precision forged gear plate, which is accurate in meshing, safe and reliable. The aperture of the trailer towing ring is ≥60mm, and the diameter of the ring handle is ≥20mm; the trailer is equipped with a hand brake, impact brake and unhooking brake; the trailer vibration reduction method: metal torsion plate vibration reduction (non-bow plate vibration reduction structure); (For the above items, design drawings and actual photos must be provided); tires are special tires for automobiles; (This trailer adopts international standard configuration, the shock absorption method is the most advanced in China, the design structure is reasonable, and the trailer stability is increased.)
3. Pump truck fuel tank: It is welded with ≥5mm thick square tubes, which connects the pump body, engine and trailer, and also meets the function of fuel storage. Fuel tank capacity (L): ≥150; the fuel tank is equipped with a liquid level display device, a refueling hole and a drain hole;
4.Control system: with real-time monitoring of speed, voltage, cylinder temperature and oil pressure; LCD screen size ≥3.5 inches, control panel with emergency stop switch, alarm buzzer, speed regulating device, etc., with fault alarm, automatic shutdown and other functions, effectively protecting the safe operation and service life of the engine; the controller box adopts a weatherproof structure design;
5.The pump truck is treated with three layers of epoxy resin paint and adopts the automotive painting process, which more reliably increases the rust-proof performance of the equipment;
